At Watson we are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our sales team and strategy in Italy. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need superstars to help us achieve that!

You will…

• Execute the strategy to attract new restaurants through different channels (email, telephone, face-to-face), demonstrating complete knowledge of Watson's business and technology.
• Supervise the onboarding process of the associated restaurants until they are active on the platform.
• Manage and coordinate your own time and schedule to comply with the company's sales strategy.
• Work oriented to objectives and monthly KPI's.

Requirements

• Native Italian level
• Advanced English level
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a business development/sales position (preferably in the restaurant/food delivery industry).
• Extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry.
• Fluid communication about technology.
• Strong experience in outbound sales.
• Driving license
• Being a foodie. Definitely the most important :)

Bonus points

• Previous experience working in a SaaS startup.
• Previous experience in a sales role in the restaurant/food delivery sector
• Previous experience leading a sales team
• Knowledge of lead generation through b2b marketing
• Pipedrive Mastery
• Familiar with agile methodologies.
• Good Spanish level
